Pretty much. I guess I have to do the transaction a week ahead of time so my family is not waiting in vain back home right?
I finally emailed xoom and they replied immediately on my issue and I am satisfied with their explanation. I'd wait a little while and see what happens and if not I am gonna have to call the customer service myself. But I am sure their explanation is understandable.
Like Yen said it's too bad they changed their policy that if you're not in the US you cannot use their service, they are losing a lot of business then eh?
