Sorry for the late updates here, I am going to try to catch up with you guys. I still have a few hours before I leave for work. Enough to make a few things on my to-do lists on here including blog hopping which I feel guilty of not doing the task religiously lately with all the things that are going on here. Sometime I get a little overwhelmed and stressful and just not being productive but, we all have moments.
In case you wonder how our Valentine's Day went? It was very quiet and intimate. We just had dinner at our current favorite Mexican restaurant, The Papa Gallo in Fayetteville, NY. We got there a few mins before 6pm and it was just perfect we didn't have to wait too long to get a table. 30 mins wasn't too bad. I can't believe how many people dine in the place even on weekdays. The food is great and the price is reasonable for what you get. While waiting to be called we sat by the bar and ordered mouth watering margarita.
I had the Tilapia tacos and hubby had the Chicken Mole. I couldn't finish my platter, I got too full on my first 2 tacos. They come with (supposedly Pico de Gallo) radishes, and guacamole, beans, and some salad on the side that I couldn't figure out what the light was too dim (and was too hungry to scrutinize the thing). My husband didn't stop until his platter was completely wiped off, hehe. Not really but he finished the food all the way to the last piece. He must have loved the Chicken Mole, huh?!
You'll always be my Valentine
Thanks for everything, sweetie.
